POV: YOu get married in a field behind your church and party at your favorite restaurant
Chelsea + Ethan
November 2025 in Tennessee
Chelsea and Ethan’s wedding was a non-traditional celebration of love and intention, honoring their relationship, friendship, and the joining of two families. The ceremony took place against the familiar backdrop of Chelsea’s church, where the field was transformed into a modern, open setting. A warm, inviting palette of spicy reds, deep purples, and rich neutrals created a cozy atmosphere, perfectly accented by vibrant seasonal florals that stood out beautifully against the autumnal tones.
After the heartfelt ceremony, guests gathered at Butcher & Bee, their favorite restaurant, to enjoy a family-style feast of dips, mezzes, and plated proteins. The day unfolded with an intentionally slow and relaxed rhythm, allowing plenty of time for meaningful connection. After the cutting of their adorable heart shaped cake, the celebration moved into the Rose Room, where the nostalgic sounds of vinyl, spun by DJ Gerard, brought everyone to the dance floor. It was a night filled with unforgettable memories, laughter, and joy.
